Iran has done nothing about stolen mummies

I am both concerned and also very sad about the theft of royal mummies from Iranian soil and their eventual recovery in Pakistan. One man was arrested in Pakistan and another in Iran.

The mummies were discovered in Iran and then smuggled to Pakistan. There was a total of five Mummies found by Pakistan one of the mummies is said to probably be Princess Mandana the mother of Koorosh the great.

As of now the government of Iran has done nothing to recover these national treasures, however the press in Iran is raising a lot of questions and demanding the government to confront the Pakistanis.

Now we know if it was an "aftaabeh" that belonged to some fake imamzadeh, the akhoonds would have invaded Pakistan by now. But sadly they have always tried to separate us from our past.

Pakistan seems to be the favorite exit port for most valuable goods and treasures that are stolen in Iran.

Last year some of the Royal Iranian jewels that were kept in the Central Bank in Tehran were discovered in the house of an attache of the Iranian embassy, (or was it the Iranian ambassador?), in Pakistan. How they got there no one knows.

By the way does anyone know if these jewels were ever returned to Iran?
