Blossomed despite...
* Ejabat: This proves that after the events that have plagued our country and our nationals, Iranian men and women still pursue success and accomplishement. Mory Ejabat is more of a public figure being the CEO of a public company but there are countless expatriate Iranians that have blossomed in their respective countries of adoption and keep a lower profile.

Land of opportunity
* Ejabat serves as a good example of what is possible for an ambitious, creative, and bright Iranian in the U.S. business community.

* Khazei: In 1995 he was voted by Time magazine as one of the 50 most sucessful individuals in the U.S. as the co-founder of City Year. I recently met him and was impressed with City Year and how he was able to transfrom a vision from his college dorm room at Harvard to a multi-million-dollar non-profit service organization. There is a City Year office in ten major U.S. cities.
