Photo of the Day TEHRAN, IRAN, 7 February, 1999 -- Iranian Defence Minister Ali Shamkhani announces to reporters that Iran will test the motor for a new rocket designed to launch a satellite into space, February 7 in Tehran. The minister added that the rocket, dubbed Shahab-4 has no military use and will not be produced on a large scale.
