iranian.com

During the course of my work as an assistant researcher for a Columbia University education study, I have taken a number of pictures I plan on sharing. Here is the first installment: These photos are from Christian Children's Fund-Child Fund Afghanistan (CCF-CFA) schools, government schools, and religious schools in villages in Kunduz Province, Afghanistan. Kunduz is in northern Afghanistan bordering Tajikistan. They were taken in June 2005 during a visit related to the research project I am working on at Columbia. Special thanks to Richard Thwaites of CCF-CFA for permission to publish these photos. All photos are by Roozbeh Shirazi and should not be reproduced or commerically used without express consent of the photographer.
