* Oil price dithers ahead of crunch Iraq vote

LONDON, Dec 3 (Reuters) - Nervy oil markets dithered on Friday with traders torn between fears of more disruption to Iraqi supplies and hints that OPEC could raise output if prices stay too high for too long. Benchmark Brent futures for January delivery rested just one cent up at $24.97 a barrel by 1300 GMT, pausing from a series of wild swings in the last two weeks up to a nine-year high at $25.90 then briefly down to $23.20 ...
