TEHRAN, March 15 (Reuters) - Iran said on Wednesday it was ready to buy farm goods and medicine from the United States, but indicated that purchases were hampered by a lack of U.S. export guarantees. ``The Americans have allowed the sale of grain and medicine to Iran to break into a new market.
