For those honorable Iranians who may wonder what the Iranian Ressitance is doing, here is an example of the political work of the NATIONAL Council of Resistance of Iran: The meeting took place in July, Paris.

در آغاز جلسه، سرود «اي ايران اي مرز پرگهر» سرود رسمي شوراي ملي مقاومت خوانده شد. آنگاه رئيس جمهور برگزيده مقاومت درسخنان افتتاحيه خود گفت:
«اجلاس ميان دوره يي شوراي ملي مقاومت را با گراميداشت چند واقعه بزرگ كه تاريخ و سرنوشت جامعه ايران را تحت تأثير خود قرار داده است،آغاز مي كنيم.
سالروز قيام سي تير را گرامي مي داريم كه در حمايت از دكتر محمد مصدق پيشواي بزرگ نهضت ملي ايران شعله ور شد.
سرآغاز مقاومت در برابر استبداد مذهبي در سي خرداد سال 60 را گرامي مي داريم كه سرنگوني ديكتاتوري آخوندي را بنياد گذاشت.
تأسيس شوراي ملي مقاومت را توسط مسعود گرامي ميداريم كه از دستاوردهاي بزرگ جنبش آزاديخواهانه مردم ايران است. استمرار و پايداري شورا، مبين ظرفيت و ريشه داري اين جايگزين است كه در طوفانهاي سه دهه اخير تداوم يافت و خدمات بزرگ آن، راهگشاي برقراري آزادي و دمكراسي است. تاريخ اين سه دهه، تاريخ كشاكش بزرگ ميان مردم ايران است با يك رژيم قرون وسطايي و همه نيروها و قدرتهايي كه خواسته اند اين رژيم را برخلاف جريان تاريخ به جامعه ايران تحميل كنند.
شوراي ملي مقاومت پرچمدار ايستادگي در مقابل اين جريان ضدتاريخي ومظهر مرزبندي با آن است. وقايعي كه در فاصله اجلاس قبلي تا امروز يعني فقط در عرض شش ماه رخ داده است، به روشني بيانگر وضعيت وخيم رژيم آخوندها از يك طرف و موقعيت اعتلاء يابنده مقاومت مردم ايران از طرف ديگر است.
نخست آن كه رژيم آخوندها سركوب جامعه ايران را افزايش داده و منازعة باندهاي حاكم به نحو بي سابقه اي بالا گرفته است. برملا شدن چپاولگري حيرت انگيز آخوندها همزمان با ريزش سركردگان سپاه پاسداران بازتاب بحران دروني هيأت حاكمه است.
دوم اينكه سياست صدور تروريسم و بنيادگرايي در عراق , لبنان , فلسطين و افغانستان و بخصوص فعاليتهاي آشكار و پنهان رژيم براي ساختن بمب اتمي, باعث تشديدتحريمها وتعميق تضادهاي آن با جامعه بين المللي گرديده است.
سوم اين كه اختناق سنگين حاكم، نتوانست مانع فوران قيامها و تظاهرات اعتراضي شود. قيام خونين مردم ايوان غرب و تظاهرات و اعتراضهاي مردم استانهاي بوشهر و لرستان و كردستان بازهم اشتياق و عطش مردم ايران به آزادي و دمكراسي را بيان كرد. و بالاخره اين كه با وجود همه محدوديتهاي ناشي از سياست مماشات، مقاومت سازما ن يافته مردم ايران درهمين مدت قله هاي بلندي را فتح كرد. حذف نام مجاهدين ازليست تروريستي انگليس، حمايت سه ميليون شيعه عراقي و اجتماع عظيم ايرانيان در پاريس در اين شمار است.
در مقابل، آخوندهاي حاكم آشكارا فرمان حمله و «پاكسازي اشرف» را صادر كردندتا به خيال خودشان: «به حضور اين گروهك در عراق براي هميشه پايان داده شود». حمله هاي موشكي رژيم ولايت فقيه به شهر اشرف در ششم خرداد و چهاردهم تير, تعرض جنگي در واكنش به پيروزي هاي مردم و مقاومت ايران است.حقيقت اين است كه پيشروي هاي پي درپي در جبهه مردم و مقاومت ايران، گسترش جنبش مردم عراق براي طرد رژيم آخوندي و همبستگي فزاينده مردم كشورهاي غرب و منتخبان آنها با اين مقاومت, افق روشني براي پيروزي آزادي و دمكراسي در ايران ترسيم كرده است.اين موقعيت و شرائط پرتلاطمي كه پيش روست، وظائف سنگيني را در برابر ما قرار مي دهد. مطمئناً شوراي ملي مقاومت و اعضا و حاميان آن مانند گذشته به بذل همه توانايي هاي خود دراين راستا قيام مي كنند».
اجلاس مياندوره يي شورا, سپس دربحثهاي دو روزه خود سير تحولات و فعاليتها و دستاوردهاي مقاومت رادر رويارويي فشرده با ديكتاتوري مذهبي مورد بررسي قرار داد. تحولات و دستاوردهايي كه به يمن رزم و تلاش مجاهدان شهر اشرف و اعضا و هوادران مقاومت در اين مقطع تعيين كننده، گسترش و شتابي بي سابقه يافته است.شورا پيروزي بزرگ حقوقي- سياسي مقاومت در انگلستان و حذف نام سازمان مجاهدين خلق ايران از ليست ممنوعه اين كشور و اجتماع 70هزار ايراني در پاريس را كه با سخنراني رئيس جمهور برگزيده مقاومت و با حمايت570 پارلمانتر اروپايي برگزارشد, شاخص اعتلا و اعتبار داخلي و بين المللي جنبش مقاومت ونقطه عطفي در پيشرفت يگانه جايگزين دموكراتيك براي استبداد مذهبي دانست و برگزاري آن را به مردم ايران و رزمندگان و فعالان و حاميان مقاومت تهنيت گفت.
خروش هموطنانمان در اين گردهمايي بزرگ در شعارهايي چون «آزادي، آزادي، فرياد هرايراني» و «حكومت آخوندي سرنگون سرنگون», خواست مبرم مردم ايران را براي تغيير دموكراتيك طنين افكن كرد. سخنرانيها و پيامهاي شخصيتهاي سياسي و نمايندگان پارلمانها از اردن و مصر و الجزاير تا اروپا و آمريكا وكانادا و استراليا همبستگي وحمايتهاي پنج قاره جهان را با« راه حل سوم» ارائه شده از سوي رئيس جمهور برگزيده مقاومت به عنوان تنها راه خلاصي ايران وجهان از فجايع فاشيسم مذهبي منعكس نمود.
در بحث پرونده اتمي ديكتاتوري آخوندي, اجلاس شورا مانور سخيف ولي فقيه ارتجاع در قبال آخرين بسته مشوق كشورهاي 5+1 را تلاشي رسوا و تكراري براي دفع الوقت و زمان خريدن در راستاي دست يابي به سلاح اتمي ارزيابي نمود و ضمن محكوم كردن سياست شكست خورده مماشات بافاشيسم مذهبي, خواست اكيد مردم و مقاومت ايران را براي اتخاذ يك سياست قاطع و تشديد تحريم بين المللي عليه ديكتاتوري آخوندي بارديگر خاطرنشان كرد.
اجلاس شورا با استقبال از بيانيه سه ميليون شيعه عراقي براي طرد واخراج رژيم آخوندي ازعراق و رفع محدوديتها ازمجاهدان اشرف, نسبت به واكنشهاي ديوانه وار حكومت آخوندي و دو حمله موشكي اين رژيم به شهر اشرف كه نقض كنوانسيونهاي بين المللي وجنايت جنگي عليه افراد حفاظت شده محسوب مي شود, هشدار داد و برضرورت محكوميت قاطع اين جنايتها ازسوي مراجع و ارگانهاي ذيربط بين المللي تأكيد نمود.

A Segment of the Top Leadership of the US Congress

Here is the latest assessment of a segment of the US top leadership concerning the future of the IRI. It looks as if we are moving towards the "Regime Change" stage. Once that is declared by the US, the next step would be the recognition of Iranian alternative to replace this criminal-terrorist regime in Iran; it does not matter if the next President of the USA is Obama or McCain. Both parties want to replace this regime, in my humble opinion.

At that inevitable stage the importance of an Iranian-to-its-core "Organized Force" that can deliver this demoposed regime to the dust bin of history will become the concerete reality of the day.
And mind you, we do have that Organized Force.

به‌گزارش روزنامه حكومتی كارگزاران (20 تیر)، رژیم ضدبشری آخوندی چهارتن را در شهر برازجان در استان بوشهر در ملآ عام به دار آویخت. اعدام چهار زندانی در ملأ عام در حالی صورت می گیرد که سخنگوی قوه قضائیه ملایان دهم بهمن ماه ۸۶ طی یک کنفرانس مطبوعاتی از صدور بخشنامه «ممنوعیت اعدام در ملاء عام» از سوی رئیس قوه قضائیه خبر داده بود. اما فاشیسم مذهبی حاكم برایران برای مقابله با امواج گسترده اعتراضات و تظاهرات مردم ایران و به خصوص مردم بوشهر، دست به‌اعدام علنی زندانیان در برازجان زده است.
رژیم ضد بشری آخوندی هم‌چنین در روز 20 تیر، زندانی دیگری به نام احمد خلج را در زندان مركزی شهر سنندج به‌دار آویخت. اعدام این زندانی كه هنگام اعدام مجروح و به‌شدت بیمار و قادر به‌ایستادن نبود، از جمله جنایات ضدانسانی آخوندها در نقض قوانین بین‌المللی به‌حساب می‌آید.
در ادامه اطلاعیه دبیرخانه شورای ملی مقاومت آمده است:

Nation of Complainers

I agree with your conclsuion that a nation that waits for others to make its decision for it deserves what it gets. We have perfected the art of blaming the real and imaginary "west", "Zionist", etc. for our problems. The essential questions is why DO we allow others to control our destiny, even if what we claim is true? We are a rich, educated and resourceful nation. Why DO we allow the United States, or any other country to interfere with our government and our destiny?

The answer is obviously not a simple one. There are many complicated socioeconomic and cultural reasons involved. But, I am personally sick and tired of people who still blame the Mossadegh affair and the documented U.S. role in it as an excuse for what is happening in Iran now. The Mossadegh affair was half a century ago. Do we still have to whine about that and make at an excuse for our inaction today? Do Germans, whose country was falttened during WWII (or Russians for that matter) still blams everything on Hitler and are sitting on their rear ends sipping tea and waiting for soemone to be the next king maker for them? No. They moved on, rebuilt their nations and became one of the strongest economies in the world. We, on the other hand, are still debating the Mossadegh issue and how we were screwed by the Americans. That was sixty years ago. Learn from it and move on people!!

The answer is in the hands of the people of Iran. If they are happy with the current system, then let it be. If they are unhappy, then THEY should do something about it before others get invovled. In other words, stop complaining. You want to improve your country, then stop your Dubai traveling, satellite watching, Britney Spears downloading habits and take some action. If you like everything the way it is, then that's fine too, just stop complaining about foriegners interfering in your affairs. After all, bullies thrive on the weak, and by showing lack of interest in your own affairs, you show weakness and encourage every bully in the world to pick on you.

So were the things. The revolution did not took place for a better life in the first life. The first aim was to get free from slavery. There is no use that people suffer more than they do. My heart beats in Iran, I also meant that sanctions be redirected to the regime officials. In your list, don't forget Rafsanjan's daughter who lives and spends in UK the money that his father have stolen (and steals) in Iran

For the second point, I agree on iranian optimistic point of view on life and the force that it can generate but I'm dubious that the only ignition point would be western encouragements: first because they are proposing the reverse with the regime's guarantee of long life if they accept to halt their nuclear program and second trickery constitutes the basic arm of these daghal-karan. They would find something far from imagination to hide their weak points. They survived these 30 last years with some soften sanctions and nobody cared, we (people) adapted ourselves instead of appaling. Second best option for Iran

I think I have to clarify some of the points I made in my last post since some of them were either misread or misrepresented.

1. We have pretty much established that from our own experience in the past 20 years and others that reforms from within for mullah regime has failed and won’t work no matter what. There is not path of reform from velayat to democracy.

2. International and economic sanctions as the way they exist are ineffective and hurt the people much more than the mullah government.

These two were obviously the first best option but since they are ineffective, the second best option must be implemented.

1. Remove economic sanctions as they are and put new international sanctions that specifically target IRI high officials, their collaborators and their immediate families, travels and assets abroad. There are plenty to start with right in Canada, Europe, Australia and even US. For example, when Said Mortazavi (dadsetan enghelab Tehran) goes to Switzerland and attends a UN human right conference, which is an absolute mockery of human rights and everything it stands for, he must be arrested right on the spot, not to wait and procrastinate so he can easily getaway. There are many like him roaming around.

2. Empower people of Iran and give them hope and motivation. When I talked about dovom khordad and those 20+ million people who came out, I just used it as an example for Mrs Araynfar and others who think people show apathy and are inactive in Iran but if they are given a glimpse of hope they will spring into action by tens of millions. Therefore the apathy currently shown by people in iran is very misleading and most of it is due to failure of the reforms, lack of cohesive and emphatic actions by foreign powers ( many still appease with the regime) and the feeling that they were fooled by sweet talks and promises of reformers that never happened and only resulted in prolonging the life of the regime. When I talked about this in my previous post I didn’t mean hope must come from within and the mullah regime. No, quite the contrary, I mean the only way to give hope to people and show Iranians that time of appeasement and dealing with this regime is over is to show the right actions by foreign powers. So along with new targeted sanctions, they must cut off the oppressing arm of mullah regime, sepah and basij. And these two brutal forces cannot be cut off except by emphatic force that can only be done by foreign powers because unarmed people cannot confront the sheer brutality and violence exerted by these killer machines. Action speaks more than billions of words and threats. Once these two implemented then you see how all those millions of Iranians seem inactive and indifferent come to streets to finish the IRI savage beast in a heartbeat. The regime with its killer arm weakened and damaged and nowhere to go or turn will collapse within a week by the very people currently bending under the heavy oppression and brutality of the regime. It is time to move to the second best option to remove this barbaric regime once and for all.

When Iran was going through the revolution many people thought that after they got rid of the Shah they would have a better life,but they did not know that whoever started and directing it had something else in mind.Before the revolution we had a healthy population growth, which is a sign of progres,but after the revolution and with start of the Iran-Iraq war the population expploded.This means that a large portion of country's income had to be spent on food.Beside population growth brings inflation.If Shah and his clan had short pockets the mollah pockets goes all the way to their knees and it take too much money to fill them up.This why revolution is bad for you.Don't worry be happy:)
