When we look back in years to come, we will realise this to be a very important event.

It has been quite difficult to get the Chinese to fall in with the rest of the world.

Obviously Russia does not want Iran out of the NPT, because of all the investments it has made in Bushehr NPP. But there are quite a few people there, that are not too pleased with Lavrov.

I am a Seyyed and very proud of it. I am not Arab and never have been Arab...my ancestors were from Mashaad and trust me there is no such a beautiful place as Khorasan.

What's wrong using "Sayyed"

As I understand "Seyyed" is a tittle like "Sir" with family trace related to Imam(s), supposedly an innocent, trustworthy, superior clergyman or related to a clergy?
I find it a respectful prefix even if it's been used as a sarcasm. So what's the problem?
Aside from that, anyone can call anyone whatever they wish, i.e monkey instead of Mahmoud, Devil instead of Khomaini, Kouseh=Rafsanjani, Gorbeh kosh, butcher =Khalkhali, Ali Geda=Khamene-ee, Bush= Moron etc. and these tittles are far inferior than "Seyyed" don't you agree?

Ben, this is the third time that you have made the same two comments on Seyyeds and my name on my blogs. And I have replied to both of them in great detail.

With respect, in case you have forgotten, I believe in non violent regime change. And yes the Seyyeds all know me very well. I actually know that they like being called Seyyeds, and they believe that people like me are morally inferior. But they do respect my non violent approach, and my belief in Free Will as written in the Zend-Avesta.
.
No one in Iran can deny the strength of what I am saying. No one threatens me, and I threaten no one. Iranians are winning with what I am saying. No one confronts the Seyyeds with their attitude. We are changing them to believe that they cannot touch a non violent General Strike.
.
We will all talk about a General Strike and disarm the Seyyeds. They will lose the argument. And in fact it is already happening with all the apathy they are getting.

Sorry Ali, I am not usually the type of person to argue with someone, but I'm going to make a small exception here. Are you living in the real world, or what? i don't want to be rude, but your name is Ali (A Shia Iranian name) and you are saying that Iranians ARE this and that, Zartishti etc? Hw many Zoroastrians are in Iran today? Do you know? More than a few thousand? Which Iran are you talking about? Most Iranians would kill you if you talk about Islam in a bad way and they wouldn't give a damn about Avesta etc. This is the reality!

The Seyyeds are unfair. They besieged Iran with their dogma, burnt our books and you know the rest. Every Iranian that is not Iranian first should re-evaluate what they believe in.

To flaunt your faith by assigning a title and putting Iran second is wrong. Iran's own faith has an idealitic interpretation called Manichaneanism and Mazdakism, which gave rise to Salman's thoughts. Even they put Iran first. Salman and Seyyeds do not have any respect for non-Islamic thought.
.
So from an Iranian perspective they have to have their own land, and they can defend it with the only booK they believe in. We true Iranians have our own Spirit and books and our culture has absorbed and islolated these people. They can go to Karbala and stay there and respect their own way first.

But in Iran they have to respect the Zend Avesta and Iran first.

THEY ARE NOT SEYYEDS. They are called the rulers of the Islamic Regime of Iran. Not seyyeds. So many seyyeds have nothing to do with the Iranian Isamist rgeime. You can call them clerics too, though even many clerics are not with the regime, but that is a much more corretc use of the word. Why seyyed? I know some seyyeds WHO ARE NOT with the regime, have nothing to do with the regime! Don't you think you are being unjust to some innocent people, the seyyeds of Iran, for blaimg them for something they haven't done?

Look folks, the Seyyeds are in the process of creating an Empire. They see themselves over an above Iranian culture. They have used the oil fund for their own agenda. Now there are some Seyyeds that do not put Iran after anything else, but these ones in power do. Finally, they need their own land in southern Iraq, and we can have Iran back.

what you are trying to say!

I'm not a seyyed and 2 other readers I
know are not either, but it bothers them just as much.
It turns something which may be worth reading
into something ... not so. I, and perhaps the other two people I know will not be reading again!

You may want to reconsider.... for
'readers' are why you write isn't it?
You are not merely keeping a diary are you??

Ali, for God's sake don't use the word seyyed man! Please, this is the third time I think I'm begging you. I know so many seyyeds who have nothing to do with the IRI regime. Some seyyeds HATE the regime. Why do you insult some innocent people? Many in the regime ARE NOT seyyeds but Iraninas just like you and me. Come on man, you're an educated person, right? :)
