there are a lot of reasons why americans are fat. one reason is that people eat a lot of junk food. the cheaper the food the junkier they are. like hamburgers and french fries. also the portion size in america has increased over the years.  also nearly every food you eat has high fructose corn syrup which is a killer. another thing is that people use their cars to go every where. no one walks any more. lots of people are either lazy or scared to walk since they may get attacked by muggers. this is a crazy world we live in. az bas harf zadam galoom khoshk shod, ye gholop azoon winet lotf kon baradar.

The number of fat people here in the US is increasing because, unlike the old days, you cannot tell them it's a problem to be fat and un healthy. We are supposed to be proud of ourselved even if we are like the picture you see up here and there is nothing wrong with it!!!! Just like teenage pregnancy, and so on and so on. It's very sad.
