I think the title could go either way.

From Iran's point of view, shit is always worse on the other side.

From America's point of view, shit is always better on the other side.

Perhaps another title could have been, Shit is Shit, or Same Shit.

I wonder what a cartoon with a title of Grass is always greener on the other side, on this same topic, would look like.
