Simply fantastic! These photos speak to viewer, even when the subject is just an empty shelf or a closed door. They took me straight back to another life: the faces, the "poor and proud" those vivid colors, and of course, the poppies.
Ideally, I would have prepared to see some pictures separate from a collection under such a profound title. (Found it hard to relate to the frolicking young within this context.) However, the fact remains that this photographer knows and deeply feels his subjects.
In a world where almost everyone owns a camera and isn't shy to shoot, once in a while we see the rise of a true artist. It is a pleasure to share the work of Behzad and I look forward to seeing mote. What a great name and may he live up to his name, Behzad the master of Persian Miniature.
