WASHINGTON — State Department officials are preparing for a possible decision by Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton [1] to redesignate an Iranian opposition group as a terrorist organization, in part because of the group’s resistance to abandoning its camp in Iraq, two American officials said Wednesday.
