Shahin and Sepehr's music is mainly composed of Spanish guitar melodies fused with components of soft rock, flamenco, jazz, new age, and influences of traditional music of Iran. Their influences also include bands such as Cat Stevens among others, according to their own website. The group resides in Washington D.C. They have released six CDs on the Higher Octave Music / EMI labels, and most recently two singles on their own label, "Fields of Change" and the dance mix single "Casablanca". They are currently working on their next release to be released sometime in 2010. Their CDs have all charted on the Billboard and R&R and Gavin Charts. Their debut album "One Thousand & One Nights" became an instant classic reaching the #6 position on the Billboard charts just a couple of weeks after its release and stayed in the Top 20 for the rest of that year. They have collaborated with such noted artists as Dom Camardella (producer for Ottmar Liebert, Flora Purim , and Willie & Lobo), and William Aura of 3rd Force fame.
