the head cover is just as
by Anonymous2198 (not verified) on Tue Aug 05, 2008 12:09 AM PDTthe head cover is just as suppressive as the overt nakedness and anorexia. They are all suppressive when they stop being a choice (whether due to the gov't, society or due to lack of information). although the headscarf for women living inside Iran is definitely being forced by the government and is absolutely suppressive.
I think some of his designs are ok but having the headscarf (or toori) cover the eyes is absolutely retarded.... why would you want to do that?! so is the super-skinny skirt.
Great design
by mirzakhan (not verified) on Wed Jul 30, 2008 09:00 PM PDTThis is fantastic. I would take the head cover out however. The head cover gives the whole thing a supressive feeling.
I used to live in Spain and found Reza's Catellano accent fabulous.
Saludos a todos y hasta luego.
