I did not say I want to be Persian I said I want to be an Iranian.We have a big Arab population in Iran we have a big Turkish population in Iran Kurds,Lors,Baloch...
But we are all Iranians and that is what I am proud of.Hossein is my grandfathers name and my mother was so proud to have a son and name him Hossein.I also think it is rough in manners discourteous and impolite to tell somebody to change their name.
