In a diplomatic way , the Islamic Repubic president Mahmood Ahmadinejad said no to Turkish prime minister invitation for attending Molana seminar in Ghonia . Molana is claimed as a Turkish philosopher by Turks , while all his poems are in Persian language ( Tajiki) and he was born in the town of Balkh which was a part of Persian empire .
