The game is so old. It is commonly called "Bad cop", "Good cop".
The technique widely used in Western countries judicial sytem. In that, 2 interrogators enter the investigating room. One of them plays the "Bad Cop". He uses harsh and abusive language toward the subject, while the other cop remains silent. One cop plays "Bad Cop" while the other one plays "Good Cop". The game continues to the extent that the "Bad Cop" tries to beat up the subject; but the "Good Cop" interferes and prevents the bad cop from beating up the subject. He appears to the subject as a "savior". He is a "Good Cop".
The "Bad Cop" uses profanity and nasty words towards the subject, but the "Good Cop" defends the subject. He defends the subject to the extent that he wants to fight with the "Bad Cop".
The poor subject, who has no clue of what is going on, feels emotionally connected to the "Good Cop". The subject is in a state of confusion and does not know any better. He naïvely thinks the "Good Cop" is on his/her side because he/she sees the "Good cop" as someone who is willing to fight for him/her and defend his/her rights. The subject only views the "Bad Cop" as his/her enemy.
The technique has been tested. It is very effective in taming the criminals or getting a confession from the subject. Now, in Rohani's case in the U.N, "the subjects are poor Iranian people". Rohani plays as a "Good Cop" while Khamenei is playing the "Bad Cop". This game has been going on for last 34 years. Back in the 90's "Good Cop" was Rafsanjani and the "Bad Cop" was Khamenei. Some Iranians naïvely fell for it, but after some time they realized that they were betrayed. Naïve Iranians keep hoping that the "Good Cop" will prevail and save them from the "Bad Cop".
Hopefully the international community and U.S specifically will be cautious and aware of these turban monsters. These are the same monsters who set a fire in Cinema Rex in Abadan (1978) and massacred over 500 innocent women/children in a "cold blood". They did it to achieve their political objective. Their political objective back then was to establish an Islamic Republic in Iran. Now, their political objective is to build an atomic bomb.
These are cold blood murderers with no mercy and respect for human lives. When Rohani arrived at Tehran's airport, a group of people who had been hired attacked his car. I suspect that they were all organized and well paid. As far as I know none of them were arrested, even though they were physically attacking the president's car. The show proved to be a scenario of "Good Cop, Bad Cop", orchestrated very well.
