The petro sanction must only be used as the last resort to help a nation who is actively challenging the tyrant and demanding her rights in the open.It,s meant to be used along the nation,s final battle with the regime as a boosting dose of support & confidence as it was during 1979 revolution. Any untimely use of this item shall only be a great waste of it,s “one time usage” & desensitizes it.
