Iran’s president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is famous for his anti-Western rhetoric, calling America the great Satan. But in recent weeks US President Barak Obama has urged Iran to unclench its fist. As the country celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Islamic revolution, the BBC’s John Simpson travels to Mr Ahmadinejad’s hometown to find out more about the man.
