My apologies for the late response. As soon as I have some time (in the next few weeks), I will do my best to provide answers to your questions and critique on the role of JM during the revolution. Just wanted to let you know that I was not ignoring you and your critique.
I decided to submit the passage from my book as an article to a peer-reviewed scholarly journal. Journals will not publish something that is already available on the internet. Therefore, I deleted my blog containing the passage from my book.
