The Israeli army has, according to Col. Benzi Gruber, a code of ethics that includes avoiding civilian casualties and collateral damage. It’s a bit hard to swallow this claim so soon after Israel’s massive onslaught on Gaza. Dropping bombs on one of the most densely populated areas of the planet is hardly a serious effort to avoid “collateral damage.”
