Ali Farokhmanesh Northern Iowa guard has been invited to Iran basketball team, according to the team’s manager.
The 5-foot-11 guard, who was born in Washington to an Iranian father and an American mother, does not have an Iranian passport, yet the Iranian basketball officials hope that he can travel to Tehran to take part in the training.
