An international fund will be set up to provide financial support for rebels trying to overthrow Col Gaddafi in Libya, the foreign secretary has said.
William Hague has co-chaired a meeting of the international contact group on Libya in Qatar.
The group agreed a “temporary financial mechanism in the region for the benefit of the interim national council controlled areas of Libya”.
