There have always been calls on this site to put a stop to personal attacks. Unfortunately none of them have so far produced results. I believe the reason to be the site’s own encouragement of this type of a behavior. I say this because since I have been on this site, I have been the recipient of three personal attack blogs, all of which have been featured by JJ on the front page! That’s right, featured!! In fact, the most recent one is a parody of a recent blog that I wrote. Of course, my blog was not featured, but the personal attack parody was featured, and is still on the front page. So, it is being advertised and promoted by the site’s owners / operators. User SamsamIIII even wrote a blog about the matter yesterday and wrote a parody of JJ’s own blog to illustrate the point. But that blog was deleted, I assume by the admin. himself.
JJ even promised sometime ago, when confronted, not to engage in this type of behavior, and not to feature and advertise personal attack blogs. He said it was a “mistake” on his behalf to do so and that he will not do it again. But I guess he has forgotten that promise.
This site will remain what it is so long as this culture is promoted by JJ.
