Love is such an unruly mistress
One day, she loves you deeply
While the very next day becomes so vile
No way to control her
Can only appease her for awhile
So much joy within her
Yet so much pain can be found
Constantly, she must be courted
Otherwise, she will seek another
One that will make her the center of his world
Will give her, his complete adoration
Love her so deeply and completely
Now, when she feels secure in his embrace
She can finally be at peace
All her love and devotion can finally be released
