Should Politics Effect our Judgements?

We all know police in Iran, like its’ government, does not have a good reputation. But to be fair once in a while they have to do something good for their community. Recently there was a video clip of them killing a bank rubber in a city in Iran. A lot of people quickly jumped into the conclusions that it may have been a political killing and the person was unfairly killed by a bullet into his head. If it was truly a bankrobber then what? They did not even use 10 bullets. Is every Iranian police personnel a criminal like IRI officials?

In the following news you see a man was shot 10 times just for trying to swing a pipe at them (videp clip is at the end);

Do you think it is fair to say for the sake of democracy we should not involve politics in our judgements.
