Britain’s bodybuilder Martyn Ford, branded the “scariest man on the planet”, has been signed up to fight in a mixed martial arts (MMA) clash against Iranian giant Sajad Gharibi, nicknamed the ‘Iranian Hulk’.
Ford, who is over two metres tall and weighs about 144 kilogrammes, is reported to eat 20 egg whites, three full eggs, and 300 grams of cottage cheese, olive oil and soy sauce over dinner on a daily basis.
Twenty-four-year-old Gharibi once vowed to take on Daesh and has dreamed of joining the WWE. At a weight of 165kg and a height of 184cm he would be a more than perfect fit to take on Ford who. Although he is nowhere near that goal yet, this matchup with Ford could be an important steppingstone.
The Iranian Hulk is a scary name that is actually in total contradiction to the man’s personality. He is known and loved for being an extremely polite and warm person. He was formally trained in the military and also is a real estate agent, which might explain his impeccable people skills; a trait not normally attributed to fighters.
Neither man has fought in mixed martial arts before but Gharibi is reported to have experience with wrestling.
