I am so pleased to announce NIAC Action endorsee, Parisa Dehghani-Tafti, won the general election last night to become Virginia’s new Commonwealth Attorney of Arlington County and the City of Falls Church!
This is an unprecedented win for the Iranian-American community and we are proud to have endorsed Parisa in the early stages of her campaign and see her through the primary all the way through winning the general election.
We plan to elect more Iranian Americans and allies to office in 2020 than ever before – including sending the first Iranian American to Congress.
