She looks innocent enough. You wouldn't guess Googoosh would tell R-rated jokes in public. Well, she did. During performances in Tehran clubs she would lighten things up with jokes in between sad love songs.
When I told one of my friends (and diehard Googoosh fan) that I was going to put a few of her jokes online, he was horrified. "You're going to ruin her image," he objected. Ruin what image? She can't have a sense of humor?
