he announces a plan for them to assist in solving social ills using government
funds. At front left of Bush are John J. DiIulio, director of the White
House Advisory Board on Faith-Based Initiative, and advisory board member
Stephen Goldsmith, the former mayor of Indianapolis. The ceremony took
place in the Indian Treaty Room of the Eisenhower Old Executive Office
Building inthe White House complex. Others in photo are not identified.
