Evolving Perceptions 99: Annual Exhibition of Contemporary Iranian and Iranian-American Artists

EP, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting awareness and appreciation of contemporary works of art that speak of cultural identity, is proud to announce its third annual juried exhibition- Evolving Perceptions 1999, featuring the works of emerging contemporary Iranian artists in the United States.

Sponsors: This year's exhibition is sponsored by the Iranian American Cultural Association (IACA).

When: February/March 1999

Accepting all mediums: oil, watercolor, mixed media, sculpture, ceramic, photography, jewelry

Size limitations: 2D: No Larger than 4 ft x 6 ft/3D: Weight less than 150 lb. 5 ft x 5 ft x 5 ft

This year's exhibition celebrates works that have found inspiration from myths,legends, and poetry.

Please send the following items:

* 5 to 10 slides (Please number slides and attach a sheet listing the slide number, artist name, medium, size, title and price
* An artist statement: This small piece of narrative may elaborate about your works in general or may reference a specific series of works you have sent slides of.
* Resume with a listing of past exhibitions, reviews and recent publications.
* Completed Submission form (see below).
* SASE (self addressed stamped envelope)to have your slides returned.
