* NYMEX crude up on Norway, eases on OPEC compliance

NEW YORK, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Crude oil futures and products moved sharply up early Friday, helped by news that Norway may consider extending supply cuts beyond March next year but then moved lower mid-morning as profit-takers took down the front month from its high perch, traders said. Traders said the trek downwards followed news of a Reuters survey showing that compliance to output cuts by 10 OPEC members slipped to 80 percent in October from 86 percent in September ... LONDON, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Oil prices resumed upward progress on Wednesday as signs emerged that export cartel OPEC had kept up tight compliance with supply curbs through October.
