Kuwait and Iran to sign labor agreement: minister

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 19 (AFP) - Kuwait and Iran will sign a labor agreement that outlines rules for the exchange of workers and experts, Labor Minister Hossein Kamali said Friday on the start of a visit to the emirate.
