In the Ghaisar case, accountability could take the form it often does when police are responsible for unwarranted fatal shootings: a civil settlement. The Ghaisar family filed a wrongful-death lawsuit in 2018 against the Park Police and the officers who shot their son, and there is ample cause for the government to settle the suit before it goes to court. Not only does video footage of the incident show that Ghaisar presented no danger to the officers before they opened fire; in addition, the officers repeatedly violated policies and protocols in escalating what began as a trivial incident into a needless killing.

And for some of those Iranians who arrive in the US as new immigrants, it’s not as much a “promised land” as it was supposed to be.
See below for an article from todays “Guardian,” which is a bit depressing.
‘You cannot work with us. You are not normal person’: resettled in the US but still an outsider
Mehdi Savari pictured life in the United States being easier than that on Manus, but challenges don’t disappear just because you’re in another country.

The only relevant topic of conversation for “Iranian orgs” based in America is to restore the FULL rights of Bijan Ghaisar. Not to keep meddling in Iran’s situation so the Namazis can fill their corrupt coffers with the rest of the opportunist soosks to betray Iran for trash.
The only relevant topic for Cyberbasij scum is to STFU and GF themselves.
And if you think that is a bit harsh, please enlighten us as to who died and made a Nazi Cyberbasij scum the arbiter of our affairs?
While you’re getting ready for your typical deranged, demented Nazi rant, enjoy this clip of Iranian people chanting about how mullahs (Akhonds) ought to get lost.
Enjoy.
قیام ایران – مشهد – توپ تانک فشفشه آخوند باید گم بشه
If “Black Lives Matter” movement is of any lesson, and we ought to learn many lessons from it; seeking justice all depends on community mobilization and making alliances with other communities that are victims of racial injustice.
Iranian-American Lives Matter; only through community organizing, mobilization, and building alliances.
Black Lives Matter

Iranians in America have zero equal rights and the political status of subhumans, and these groups all focus their enmity against their homeland, which further deterioriates their positions.
When Shahid Soleimani was cruelly assassinated by the trash we must all eliminate now, American CITIZENS of Iranian heritage who had zero political currents in their lives at all were imprisoned for hours at the US border.
The policies of the “regime change” trash have demonstrated to us easily that “Maximum Pressure on Iran’s government” really just means maximally turning us civilians into the N word of the 21st century.
Now, it is time to try my proposal: we do not let foreigners the allowance of criticizing us because their own sh*tholes are far worse and they take advantage of us knowing that they can only succeed if we are weakened.
For example, why should ANY American based people be speaking to the rights of Iranians in Iran when, in America, Bijan Ghaisar’s rights have been TOTALLY DENIED in absurd fashion?
It seems like they are more interested in pitching in with Iran’s enemies to destroy Iran and, by association in this ignorant world, all of us anywhere we live regardless of political status than actually improving our Iranian real lives here.
Many decent Americans have long supported the rights of Iranians, inside and outside of Iran.
See below.
Scumbag Hezbollahis “think” everyone is a fascist douchebag like themselves.
Wake up!

Why are you even talking, ZioRat #2? You’re about to become as irrelevant as your FDD partners and think you’re getting the Namazis out after you helped assassinate Soleimani and Fakhrizadeh?
Keep dreaming.
You don’t live in Iran. You have zero rights to speak to anything there. You can fix the animals treating Bijan Ghaisar like one first before you can speak to anything else.
We don’t have rights *HERE*. We didn’t move away from Iran so you could keep us hostage to what happens *THERE*.
*GET REAL*.
Cyberbasij scum should do everyone a favor and STFU, GF themselves and get lost.
Just like how Iranian people in this clip are calling for mullahs to get lost.
Enjoy.
You really think you did something these last four years, huh? 😆
Is being a defender of Iranians without apology to any non-Iranian a crime in an age of prejudicial, universal, and vitriolic hatred against Iranians?
I’ll commit it then 10,000 times again.
You don’t care about Bijan Ghaisar or his family being hurt. You don’t care about Iranian heritage people’s rights *RIGHT HERE* in America.
I do. The Biden administration must render justice here, and I will give US national interest rewards in terms of strategic ideas to any US official who will push for Bijan Ghaisar’s justice.
This will set a precedent too for other ethnic minorities in the US. The importance here cannot be understated. Bijan Ghaisar is us all.
And at the same time, I am not going to let Amnesty International of Soros, who is and has been in bed with Kushner and Trump financially, or any others deflect away and start pointing at Iran THOUSANDS OF MILES AWAY while they continue to TRAVEL BAN US IN AMERICA, PUT OUT PROPAGANDIST RACIST FILTH AGAINST US IN HOLLYWOOD, ETC.
Like Shahid Soleimani said to the American administration. If you want a fight, you fight me.
They would never meet him in a battlefield to see honorably who was the better strategist, the more brilliant tactician, the more passionate warrior, and give beauty to this existence we all share even in its darkest times.
They were cowards who orphan children at the US border and drug them up. Who sex traffic with Jeffrey Epstein massive networks little children. Who have enslaved black people for 400+ years.
Don’t tell me to calm down when the Biden admin. is already talking about potentially not removing the WMDs Trump unleashed against us RIGHT HERE IN AMERICA with just pen strokes.
MAXIMUM PRESSURE KILLED BIJAN GHAISAR, NOT “THE MULLAHS” YOU PRETEND TO HATE SO THAT ISRAEL ISN’T PRESSURED BY THE WORLD TO GIVE PALESTINIANS A CHANCE TO HAVE 1% OF HUMAN RIGHTS.
President Biden can fix this with a pen. If he doesn’t do that, then it’s true: the Iranian people’s back has been put to the wall.
Then the world can see the fire of our desperation. We are being given no other choice. We are an ethnic minority in America and our plight represents analogously the plight of all immigrants.
If the administration coming in doesn’t heal our wounds immediately and easily without even having to once consult the Iranian side, then we, the oppressed, can break the sanctions and ruin a US global strategy that should be used against much bigger targets exclusively than Iran. Iran is being wrongly focused upon by US strategists.
It’s up to the US if they want to erode ALL of their tools against just Iran. Or, rather, come to their senses and achieve national objectives that are reasonable and sensible.
Equality means not being given extra or less (different) treatment by the US government. It should neither be a cure nor a problem to create direct JFK-Tehran flights. There is no need for a JCPOA. There is no need for a travel ban. Iranians should be able to publish apps in the Apple store like everyone else.
And Bijan Ghaisar should not be dead. You try to make this article about everything else under your various names. Shame on you. I am a lion focused on my meal. I would eat you along the way if you ever even became more than just an illusion on a comment board. Hear me.
Who is we ? You keep referring to yourself as “We Iranian”. What kind of Iranian are you that you do NOT even know which country shah of died or buried. ? “Iranian lawyer” who thinks shah of Iran died in Panama. LOL… Please do NOT underestimate Iranian intelligent.
Or Iranian who has NO clue about Iran’s history such as Dr. Epileptic. When I was writing about Dr. Epileptic and I was explaining whole detail of his life, you did Not know whom I was talking about. You were silent. Why ? Don’t you have any idea ? No because you are NOT Iranian. Or the other day when this guy was talking about Hojateyeh, you had NO idea what he was talking about. Any average Iranian knows about Hojateyeh. Any average Iranian knows and they are NOT a “lawyer”. Any simple average Iranian person knows the implication of Ruby finger ring in our culture. Any average Iranian knows the movie “Ghaysar”. The connection of movie Ghaysar and ruby finger ring. The scene where Ghasay gave ruby ring to his uncle. The question is which aspect of Iranian culture that scene was promoting ? What kind of character wear ruby ring in Iranian culture ? You have NO idea.
when I was talking about ruby ring on dog sh*t soliemani’s finger, again you had NO idea what I was talking about. That ruby ring says a lot about a lot about person’s character, but you have NO clue. Iranians know it very well. My advise is that you ask some Iranians about Iran’s culture or read some history books about Iran before you claim to be Iranian.
Now, You may claim that “you know it all” but when commentators speak of these entities in their comments, you’re completely quite. Why? If you know it all why are you quite ? Why you don’t express your opinion about these events ?
for example, Don’t you have any idea about Hojateyeh ? you were quite because you did NOT know what the hell the guy was talking about. Probably you thought Hojateyeh is a recipe for salad shiraz. lol.
Or when I was writing about Dr. Epileptic, you were silent again. Why ? because you had NO idea who Dr. Epileptic was. These are all indicators that you’re NOT Iranian and keep referring to yourself as “Iranian”. Another incident, when the guy was talking about Karim pour Shirazi, you were quite again. Why ? Don’t you have any opinions about Karim Pour Shirazi ? Any average Iranian have some kind of idea about these historical events in Iran, but you were always quite. Why ? because you have NO clue about Iran’s history or culture. The only thing you know is “Ghormeh Sabzi”. lol
All Iranians stand behind the Ghaisar family in their quest for justice for Bijan’s murder. The Iranian-American community has a special duty to take care of this matter as a top priority without politicization.
Hezbollahi scums are in fascistic support of violating Iranian peoples right in Iran, but here they pretend to give a hoot about Human Rights.
Human Rights are Universal issues.
Hezbollahi scums can’t support crushing them in Iran, and pretending to support them in the US.
Then again Hezbollahi scums are schizophrenic, always chanting Death to Amrika, while residing in Stanford, writing in American English and bringing their children to US and opening bank accounts in Amrika!
