Seti’s Table: 6 Course Persian Summer (San Francisco)

Experience a homecooked Iranian meal from chef Setareh Shay, who will introduce you to the unique culinary gems from her beloved country. Noosh e joon! Cheers!

>Beverage: Orange Blossom Sharbat

A unique refreshment from Persia land! Chia seeds, orange blossom water and a hint of sugar.

Course 1: Sabzi Platter

Fresh mint, radish, light goat cheese, soaked walnuts and almonds served with sangak bread.

Course 2: Maast Laboo

Beet yogurt with fresh mint and garlic. This dish is served family style.

Course 3: Mediterranean-Inspired Salad

Fresh herbs, mix greens, bulgur and glazed apricot with fresh lime and olive oil dressing.

Course 4: Koofteh

This meatball dish is a family recipe. Ground beef, caramelized onion, garlic, fresh herbs (tarragon, cilantro, mint), rice, split pea, dried apricot, plum, tomato sauce and spices. Served with sangak bread.

**Vegetarian option: saffron potato kuku served with sangak bread. Includes all appetizers on the main menu.

Course 5: Baklava Cake

Homemade baklava cake with almond flour, cardamom, eggs, rose water and sugar.
