Foreigners plotting against Iran?!

We have been unable to adopt Western values that have been far more superior

India was colonised by Britain for a very long time. As a result India is a democracy. I sincerely believe that the reason India is a democracy is because it was colonised by Britain. So, colonisation has not been that bad for India. If you ask me, I wish America comes today and colonise Iran, change it into an American state actually, and deprive me of my desire to have Azerbaijanis and other minority groups given special rights that they are entitled to (as I believe). I would be happiest. God forbid, this doesn't mean anything but a hypothetical fantasy, because in reality nothing but war would come out of it.>>>

One would think that a person with such reputable humanitarian background would be strongly opposed to sanctions and illegal wars of aggression. But contrary to popular French and world opinion, Mr. Kouchner did in fact fully approve of the U.S. administration's plan to force regime change in Iraq. >>>

What will you do after America destroys Iran?

Do whatever you can to prevent this from happening

18-Sep-2007 (29 comments)
TEHRAN, Iran -- What’s the connection between; the theft of the 2000 Gore-Bush election, Cheney’s secret meeting with oil executives, September 11th 2001, the invasion of Iraq, and plans for destroying Iran’s military defenses and setting it’s economy back 50 years? The connection is Peak Oil. If you have not figured this out and are still lost in your hatred for the mullahs, or still worshiping the Pahlavi’s, or are part of the Rajavi cult, then you are in for a very rude awakening.>>>

God bless ‘Sprinkles’ of Los Angeles and ‘Kara’s Cupcakes’ in San Francisco for introducing such sinful cakes into my life

Sunshine fills the living room of a deluxe apartment in sunny Santa Monica, California, as I sit here enjoying the remaining 4 days of my vacation. Watching ‘Mystic Pizza’ with Julia Roberts (Circa 1988), with occasional mysterious clicking sounds coming from what I presume to be the sink area. I’m hungry. I begin to think what I could whip-up using the few ingredients available in the home of a young, high-protein eating, married couple who tend to eat out a majority of the time….Not much to work with, I can tell you. Having been granted free reign over the kitchen by my generous hosts, I am allowed to do as I wish in their exquisite kitchen>>>

Charkh-o-Falak

Summer days in Tehran

18-Sep-2007 (one comment)
The big Charkh-o-Falak was visible from our small kitchen window, where I would sit for hours during the long summer afternoons and evenings of Tehran in the 1980's. I watched the kids on the streets play soccer or just look at the Charkh-o-Falak, be lost in its magic, hoping that my Dad would come home any minute after work and take me there. I can still hear the happy screams of children who were riding the big Charkh-o-Falak. >>>

I just got off the phone. It has happened again! It's not new anymore and I am not surprised! She dumped him since she decided she doesn't want to share him with another woman! Tough decision though as she likes him very much!It seems like a trend these days: Iranian men have lost their place, they don't have the role of a provider anymore, they don't have the power of a family man. They have lost their place in the society! Iranian men are confused! Those with money have found a way out: polygamy - Iranian Style!>>>
