Travel writer Lemuel Gulliver takes an assignment in Bermuda, but ends up on the island of Liliput, where he towers over its tiny citizens. A modern take on Jonathan Swift's classic 18th Century satire. Directed by Rob Letterman Cast: Jack Black, Emily Blunt, Jason Segel, Amanda Peet, T.J. Miller, Billy Connolly, James Corden, Chris O'Dowd, Catherine Tate.

She's no stranger to playing royalty, but Emily Blunt's latest regal outing is a far cry from last year's Golden Globe-nominated The Young Victoria.

The British actress plays Princess Mary of Lilliput in Gulliver's Travels, a modern take on Jonathan Swift's classic 18thCentury satire.

Jack Black stars as Lemuel Gulliver, apostroom clerk at a New York newspaper who bluffs his way onto a travel assignment.

After unwisely sailing into the Bermuda Triangle, he ends up transported to a kingdom populated by people a fraction of his size.

Blunt is joined in the Lilliputian court bya crop of British comedians, including Billy Connolly, Catherine Tate and JamesCorden.

The 27-year-old admits the princess is her most "girly" role to date. ( Read More  in BBC Article Here )

Plot:
In a contemporary re-imagining of the classic tale, Jack Black stars as Gulliver, a big-talking mailroom clerk who, after he's mistakenly assigned a travel piece on the Bermuda Triangle, suddenly finds himself a giant among men when he washes ashore on the hidden island of Lilliput, home to a population of very tiny people. At first enslaved by the diminutive and industrious Liliputians, and later declared their hero, Gulliver comes to learn that it's how big you are on the inside that counts.
