Friends,

I came across this beautiful picture recently - It shows a group of Christian men surrounding their Muslim brothers to protect them during their prayers ..... from the hell that is breaking loose in Egypt !

"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God" - Mattew 5:9, New Testament, The Bible

This Photo Is Courtesy Of Our Dear Rudi Bakhtiar - Thank you ..... !

A 'SECULAR DEMOCRACY' In Our Beloved Iran - Within ONE YEAR

My Iranian Brothers and Sisters: As days go by, the breach that has been created by the Illegitimacy of the Ahmadinejad Government is getting wider and wider. More and more people, from the members of parliament, to other senior clergy, are coming out, and either directly or indirectly, make references to Ahmadinejad's Illegitimacy.

My Iranian Brothers and Sisters: The events that have taken place in our Beloved Homeland in the past couple of weeks, are indicative of only one thing: This regime in Iran will resort to any level of brutality to suppress our Brothers and Sisters, and maintain its power.

A 'GENERAL' Strike - To Bring The Regime Down

For the past several days, we have seen the bravery of our Brothers and Sisters in Iran in confronting the present regime. For those of us who live outside of Iran, we are really doing the easy work. Our task is basically limited to spreading the information around, and in a way, encouraging everyone to participate in whatever capacity that they can.

A 'NEW' Iran - A 'SECULAR' Democracy

In this blog from yesterday, I outlined in some detail the reasons that this movement has transcended the initial voter fraud issue, and has become a movement for freedom and liberty.

Is This Movement Getting "BIGGER" Than Moussavi?

For those of us who have closely followed the events going on in Iran for the past several days, the question has become whether this movement has become Bigger than Moussavi?

After last Friday, and the pathetic election results that followed, the focus was primarily on Moussavi. By that I mean, people were unhappy that their votes were not counted. However, as days have gone by, the movement has become more and more focused on Freedom, and Civil Liberties.

For the last several days, people have been pressuring Google to make their homepage logo green for a day in a show of solidarity. They've decided to do something far more significant.

The revolution will be "FAXED"

A valuable service being organized by Eric Purdy and his crew at the University of Chicago:

We have set up a website to receive faxes from Iran, which we will post online. Hopefully this will be another way for information about what's going on in Iran to make its way out of the country.

Extensive Blocking Of Websites: English Language And Others

From an extensive report on the state of Internet filtering in Iran published today by OpenNet.net:

Independent media Web sites offered only in English are inconsistently blocked, though a number of prominent Western news Web sites have been blocked in Iran. The HuffingtonPost and the website for Al-Arabiya (alarabiya.net) are blocked in Iran.
