I am glad to see the gold fish is back. It is just so much a part of iranian.com now. As a child my mom always tried to have a gold fish for us but we never had any luck with them. Even when she got a small  aquarium type tank the fish always died on us.  Now, as an adult I have not even tried to keep a gold fish. I do it as a humane gesture as I am sure the poor thing would not survive. I could not bare to see it die.  I prefer to see  a larger version, the carp at the local Chinese restaurant ( they believe it  brings good fortune). I also knew someone who had a pond with several carp. I must say there is something so relaxing about watching fish swim. I especially enjoyed going to a couple of the Texas aquariums and watching  the large tanks with so much sea life. If I ever take a good picture I will send them to you. Actually my sister is getting very good with her new digital camera and maybe I can talk her into going to the local aquarium and taking some picutures one of these days. :o)

It's not going to be an exclusive club man... everybody is free to make their own blog and article, right? You are WRONG on this. Other websites have had these sorts of things years ago. YOu can copy their solutions. Anyway... I remeber that I truly dispised and disliked a BIG politician (still do) and he has a blog of his own. I went there and I wrote something I would NEVER tell him on his face, not because I didn't think he didn't deserve it but because I did not want to be considered a rude person. But my anonimity allowed me to write that thing. It was no S or F word but something really disturbing and cynical to him. He deleted it. As simple as that, but I am sure he read it himself. I don't mind that he deleted it. He had read it ;) If I want to say things about him I can make my own blog. You still don't get it Jahanshah :p This new system is doing the website HARM. OKAY? And you see that I am still here, and will be here ;) But writing has become much less pleasant for me and others like me.

I replied to Bruce's post about comments in iranian.com. I have read all other posts in favor and opposition as well. I have also offered my thoughts in other posts. And I am going to blog about it very soon. So the issue is alive and well. Nobody has forgotten about it.

I'm in favor of a freer environment where all comments are welcome. Of course everything is relative. There are always exceptions. I do delete comments that are vulgar for vulgarity's sake or are total part o palaa.

I have also asked visitors to the site to flag comments they see as too offensive.

Let's be realistic. The great majority of comments (and I check them more than anyone) are not vulgar or absuive. I am not going to make this site an exclusive club just to keep out a few jerks. Practice tolerance.

In this case you did "Fish" and I can say your decision sits well with me. I like the way she moves her hips in prepetual motion. She is graceful, calming and invokes happy thoughts of sabzeepolo in my otherwise preoccupied mind. The only question is how long I can afford to sit by the PC and watch her rock to her silent melody.
