Hello, I got a request from a viewer to do an episode on Zoroastrianism and since I was interested in knowing more about it I set out to create a video. It is not extremely in depth as I am just learning the basics, but I found it to be fascinating. Thank you.

Calling out the sun

I made a video today and saw that 4 minutes were left on the tape so I decided to just make a random video where I move my arms to the sky very slowly and something truly magical happened. The sun came out! I felt like a weather God for about 2 minutes. Anyway, I think it made a pretty cool video. Please enjoy and feel free to skip to the high speed parts.

The odd story here is that I didn't even intend for for this to be my video. I put my camera down on its side on top my shoes at the beach and found a bunch of sea shells, but I didn't realize that I had pushed the record button while my camera was in my pocket so I ended up getting a great shot of the sunset! :D My sock is in the first shot. Magically, I moved the camera and still placed it in a decent position unknowingly. At the end of the day it came out great; better than I could have done if I intended to shoot it. Enjoy :)

Hello, again this is not particularly Persain, but I'd like to share it with you because I think it's cool. I created this about 3 minutes from where I grew up in Pacific Palisades, California. Hello, it's been a while since I posted. I have moved to a new place and been practicing all sorts of dancing... I finally got things set up so I can make a video. This is a Persian dance infused with modern hip hop, much like the song I danced to, MIA's "Bad Girls". I hope you like it and I hope other cultures can more appreciate what Persian dance has to offer... ALOT.

I do realize the song is Arabic in nature, but it's slim pickens in the MTV world...

Hello Everyone. I know this is not that Persian, but my persian dancing has influenced this for sure and I wanted to share it. I have made a total of over 45 dance videos on Youtube since March of this year. I have learned a lot and grown quite a bit. This dance is like my thesis project, combining many techniques, props and wardrobe items. I hope you enjoy it.
