This cartoon probably shows how the typical iranian men feel comfortable when their are inside their houses. They walk around with their Pyjamas and don't care how their wives could suffer by looking at them! Now the president wears his pyjama to feel comfortable even during his staying in a presidential suite ....
This cartoon was probably inspired by the visit of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to Pakistan on Monday April 28, 2008, which was showcased as furthering the momentum of cooperative relationship between the two countries.
I believe the cartoonist is showing the casual dress style and modest life of the Iranian President, which is even surprising to the Pakistanis.
I love the facial expression of the saluting Pakistani man.

I did not get it!
by Ali P. on Sat May 17, 2008 09:39 AM PDTDid anyone?
Is it implying that that way Ahmadinejad is dressed, is the norm in Pakistan?
I hope it's something else, because that won't be funny.
(Oh, forgot to add: That won't be funny to me!)
