Almost everyday we come across some heartbreaking stuff, we see and we hear and we feel. But the best we do, is try to direct our attention to something happy because "my doctor has said stress is not good for my skin"... come on. who are we fooling? what is the point of feeling sorry when a little while later we cringe back to our small world try to distract our small minds from the horror that our fellow human beings are suffering every second. how long are we going to be a bystander. get up. do something...
