Mir Hosein Mousavi, disputing candidate of the Iran elections, came under unprecedented attack by Mohammad Javad Larijani, secretary of Human Rights Headquarters of Iran's judiciary. Larijani claimed: "Mousavi's betrayal of the Revolution is akin to Massoud Rajavi's betrayal," and he has thus ruined his prospects for a good political career. Human Rights Headquarters secretary, Mr. Larijani also condemned Hassan Khomeini, the grandson of Revolution Leader Ayatollah Khomeini, for his support of opposition forces in the post-election crisis. Hassan Khomeini has supported Mir Hosein Mousavi and in protest to the outcome of the elections, he boycotted the inauguration of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad whose presidential victory is disputed by many.
