Kazem Jalali, a member of a fact-finding committee of Iranian Parliament (Majlis) proposed the other members to watch a footage depicting an attack to a Tehran University dormitory called Sobhan complex on June 14.

The video was first broadcast by the BBC.

The fact-finding committee which is tasked by the Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani with investigation on attack to a Tehran dormitory has not yet provided its report on the issue.

According to Khabar Online correspondent, referring to a concern expressed by the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and other officials of the Islamic Republic establishment for the raid, Jalali hoped that the committee gives the details on the issue to the Parliament.

Responding to the question why the fact-finding committee has not put forward the result of investigation on the assault, the lawmaker said: "I have asked the same question from the Deputy Majlis Speaker, Mr. Mohammad Hassan Abu Torabi-Fard who heads the committee. You may ask about it too."

Reportedly, the footage shows the special security forces enter the campus of Tehran University and attack the students who protest against the result of the presidential election held on June 12.

Under the Islamic Republic of Iran's law, security forces are not allowed to enter universities without permission from the university directors.
