Golnar Shahyar (voc, Percussion) and Mona Matbou Riahi (Clarinet, voc) from Iran as well as Jelena Popržan (Viola, Voc, Loops, Setar) from Serbia have started a promising trio together in which - with an exiting mix from Oriental to Balkan music – have found their cosmopolitan compromises in Jewish music tradition as well as self arranged pieces zested with improvisational parts. Iranian, Jewish, Armenian, Bulgarian, Greek and Sephardic songs, instrumental klezmer and Balkan sparks as well as harmonized lyrics, timeless resembling contemporary Chansons and original compositions, remove the geographical and mental borders.
