Iranian Physician Hamid Ghodse was elected President of the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) in Vienna on Tuesday during its current 92nd Session, which will last till May 30.

According to the UN Information Service, Hamid Ghodse, since his membership of the INCB from 1992, was eight times elected as the Board`s President in 1993, 1994, 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2004 and 2005 respectively.
