HERE the victim did not consent to the touching; THAT IS WHY it is a crime. This has nothing to do with ethnicity, nationality, or even gender, but has to do with consent. The fact that you can't distinguish between consensual touching and non-consentual touching speaks volumes about you.

Rude Act But Not a Crime

Yes, he did a rude act kissing the girl's breast from over her clothes but putting him in prison is a bit overdo. He should have been suspended for 3 months or for good. The guy made a terrible mistake, no doubt about that but do you really think the act was so devastating and horrible that there is no way to forgive him and let him go back to his normal life. Farhood was mis treated in childhood and he was not given the mother's milk; hence Farhood found the woman's big breasts as an opportunity to feed himself; and not for sexual pleasure. The reality of it is if there were no witnesses probably nothing would have happened. The girl would scream or push him away and he would hit the road.
