Today's demonstrations seen on webcam?

As I was sipping my morning coffee, I checked this websites TehranTraffic.com which provides live webcam feeds from 4 corners in Tehran. It was late afternoon in Tehran and a demonstration, demanding the release of Akbar Ganji from Evin prison was in full swing around Tehran University [news here].

I saved a couple of photos which I attached two here displaying the unusual presence of police and people around Enghelab square, close to the university. Or maybe that was my imagination and it was business as usual around Enghelab square!

Anyway, I think it's neat to be able to sneak a peek on events as they happen in our global village.
