Alternative Energy Economics for Iran: Options Definition and Evaluation
>>> Download report: PowerPoint file
The Pacific Northwest Center for Global Security (PNWCGS) was established in October 1998 by the U.S. Department of Energy's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. A central purpose of the PNWCGS is to develop a better understanding of the threats posed by environmental, energy, and human security issues and to reduce those threats, especially in regions where the stakes of tension and instability are raised by the presence of weapons of mass destruction. A corollary purpose is to help minimize the conditions under which nations or people proliferate weapons of mass destruction.
