The Society of Understanding Mevlana has obtained special permission from the Mevlana Museum in Konya, Turkey to produce an exact replica of the Divan-i Kebir (Divan-i Shams). Written in 1364, the Divan-i Kebir is currently exhibited in the main exhibition hall of the Mevlana Museum. A limited edition set of this replica (2 volumes totaling 600 pages) is currently available.

Presently there are 195 sets available. Stanford University has acquired #1 of 200, UCLA #2, Rice University #3, The Library of Congress #4, Princeton University #5, Chicago University #6 and Brown University #7.

Each copy is numbered and signed by Dr. Ergin Nevite; who has also translated the Divan into English in 22 volumes.
